The Big OverhaulSwan-Matic offers several options for revitalizing your Capper to operate and look like new. The Big Overhaul service plan gives your Swan-Matic capper a complete restoration from top to bottom. It includes everything from the preventative maintenance inspection plus a complete breakdown of your Swan-Matic Capper.
The replacement of key components is performed including a new bearing and tensioner spring, bushings, nylon washers and cam bearing studs. A realignment of the motor coupling and a reset of the pushrod and switch timing are also included. Full inspections of the motor brush control circuit board and current safety labels will be completed along with a resealing of the entire housing. Once your capper is reassembled, the entire unit will be repainted.
